My goal is to help you and your partner feel informed, supported, and empowered- so you can move through your pregnancy and birth with confidence and trust within your body.

Hi, I am a labor doula serving families throughout the DFW area. My journey into birth work began when I had the honor of supporting a close friend through her pregnancy. Being there for her- listening, nurturing, and helping her feel cared for-opened my eyes to how powerful and meaningful that kind of support can be. From that moment, I knew I wanted to dedicate myself to helping moms and families feel the same comfort and confidence during their own journeys.
I have hands-on experience and extensive training, so I'm confident in what I do. I've learned a lot through real-world work, and I'm always looking for ways to grow and improve. I focus on being reliable, paying attention to details, and making sure what I offer truly meets your needs. Whether you're looking for guidance, support, or help figuring things out, I'm here to be honest, put in effort, and help you get as close as possible to the outcome you're looking for.
